Which light can I use that won't disturb my partner?

When using a book light for reading it will benefit you most, to make sure your light does not disturb your partner, so a small attachment light is what you should aim to use when reading by book light.
Small book lights tend to be of the LED variety, check out the desk lamp store in the menu bar, to find some which may be ideal for you.
My top tip is to buy a book light that is specifically made to be flexible so you can take off your light, move it around, you may also want to transport it around so it needs to be portable and light to carry.
After you finish reading your book at night you don't want to have to lug some giant contraption into a side draw, so when choosing your light ,look at the description of the weight, anything over 300g is more likely suited as a desk or table lamp, rather than something you can easily attach to your hardcover book.
