how can I get good abdominal muscles at home?


You have to warm up your body before starting the exercise,

start with 20x situps .
Lay down on the floor, then lift your legs with straight knees and keeps your toes pointed. Lift them up together as high as you go.
You should feel a strain in your stomach muscles. Do this 20 times

Repeat this twice a day

you have to do this everyday and you will get results, if you use weights you will see results even sooner.
