I used to never drink milk.

But now I realize the importance of milk products. I am way beyond my teens. Is it too late to reverse the effects? What can i do? I have read about osteoporosis. This scares me at times.
Answer:
Osteoporosis generally affects people in older age, if you are really worried get a general health check from your doctor.
They will be able to tell you if your healthy or if there are any problems with your bones.

I would not worry too much about having not drunk enough milk because calcium can come from other foods such as yogurt, soy beverages and even Orange juice contains a small amount , bet you didn't know that.
