What's Marzipan?






Marzipan is a sweet make from almonds and ground sugar, mixed with egg white.
It is well known for its use in cakes, mainly because it is easy to work with.
Marzipan has a soft sweet taste,but different scents can be added to it to change the smell and taste.
There are three types of marzipan, white, yellow and raw sugar.
