Is it safe to remove moles? How do you remove a mole from the body and is it painful?

The best way to remove moles is to see your doctor first, he may be able to tell you the best way to have the mole removed.
It is also better that way for safety reasons, you don't want to remove a mole yourself and then later find it causes you problems. it also has a lot to do with where the mole is, if it is in the facial region I would definately see a doctor first.
